BINVEST APP simplifies and speeds up your orders.

Another innovation in Binvest’s offer that facilitates business and communication with customers is the Binvest app, which was launched in September 2020.

In today’s world, it is extremely important to follow digital trends, and as a company we have always tried to adapt as much as possible and stay up to date with technological innovations and progress. That’s why we decided for the Binvest APP, which was created for quick and easy ordering, and thus is a facilitating advantage for customers, who are always our first priority.

Binvest APP is intended exclusively for business users – the HoReCa channel.” says Bariša Šušnjar, sales manager.

The idea for the app was created in the sales department of Binvest, while the implementation of the project was led by the company’s IT sector in cooperation with the company Zero One Solutions from Split.

“BINVEST APP simplifies and speeds up your orders. This unique solution is adapted for all types of mobile devices. During the short test period, we achieved a large number of orders, and in the future we expect that a large number of our customers will recognize the advantages of this app”, revealed Ivan Dragoja, head of the IT sector.

Personal profile – user name and password can be requested by the customer from a supervisor, a salesperson, in person at one of our branches or via the email address aplikacija@binvest-po.com

Option of accessing the application from several mobile devices (owner, waiter – the person in charge of the order).

A module with the current news opens on the screen (current news), as well as other modules – catalogues, orders, business – where our customers can check their financial status, the status of the packaging as well as the agreed terms of business and info at any time.

ORDER

By opening the “Order” module, the product offer opens with a photo, description and price.

The application provides the customer the option of “filtering” (the most frequently ordered products, products on sale, new products, as well as the ability to filter each individual group of products from our offer), which facilitates the entire process of searching for products by application.

After the order process has been completed, the customer will receive a generated order by e-mail so that he can see what he has ordered.

“As a new standard of communication, the order time is shortened as well as the idle time of the persons in charge of the order, because they do not have to wait for the salesperson to pick up the order, create and print long lists for the order, or personally go to the points of sale. In this case, all you need to do is open the Binvest APP and place the order,” added Ivan Dragoja, head of the IT sector.
