The company Binvest d.o.o. has been operating since 1995, and over the years it has reached the status of one of the market leaders in the import, distribution and sale of premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We employ over 200 employees who are distributed in 11 sales and logistics centres with headquarters in Posušje, Mostar, Doboj, Sarajevo, Bihać, Tuzla, Široki Brijeg, Vitez, Bugojno, Tomislavgrad and Ljubuški, and we have a fleet of 140 vehicles of our own distribution that goes all the way to the end customer.

The introduction of the Call Centre into business was the next step after the successful launch of the Binvest App. The call centre is extremely important in our business. In today’s busy lifestyle, we provide customers with fast and efficient processing of received orders, consultations related to our products and services, as well as information related to individual segments of our business. The call centre also makes it easier for our employees to receive orders and work in the field.
