A passion for flying combined with a love for high-quality spirits inspired two pilots to start the craft
distillery “Spirit in a Bottle” and create something special.

The distillery began operations in 2017, and their first product, Old Pilot’s gin, quickly won the favour of
consumers and awards at leading global fairs.

With its first appearance on the global stage, Old Pilot’s gin was declared the best in the world in the
London Dry gin category at the International Wine and Spirits Competition in 2019. Since 2019, Old
Pilot’s has been the best-selling product from Spirit in a Bottle.

The production has not stopped at Old Pilot’s gin; it has expanded to include new high-quality spirits.
Old Pilot’s Barrel Aged Gin, available since 2021, represents a trend of gins aged in barrels, which is
gaining popularity on the global stage. The base of the Barrel Aged edition is a minimally modified classic
London Dry formula, adjusted for barrel aging.

Old Pilot’s Vodka made its mark in 2022, and won a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits
Competition (SFWSC) that same year.

Old Pilot’s products are gluten-free, vegan, non-GMO, allergen free.

The Spirit in a Bottle distillery is focused on producing the highest quality spirits. It is not a large-capacity
distillery, and the entire process is characterized by “handcrafted” methods. Distillation, aging, bottling,
labelling, wax sealing… everything is done with quality, consistency, and authenticity. No compromises.
