The Mladina cellar was built in 1736 by the Erdődy count family, owners of a number of estates and masters of the Jastrebarsko castle. The members of the count’s family stood out throughout history for their honour and great deeds, and they left an indelible mark in this region. In everything they did they strove for fine things – they enjoyed fine wines, art and bird hunting that reflected their noble status.

The Mladina Cellar, with wines under the Erdoro brand, has taken an important place on the local and national wine scene.

With last year’s harvest, Erdoro further affirmed Plešivica as a vineyard of great white wines. In the future, Erdoro will add classically produced sparkling wine to its portfolio.
