Der Amigos Kaffee stammt aus Triest, aus einer handwerklichen Rösterei, die seit 1980 das unverwechselbare Aroma italienischen Kaffees in Haushalte und Gastronomiebetriebe auf der ganzen Welt bringt.

Der erste Hauptsitz von Amigos Caffè war ein kleines Lagerhaus von 40 m2 in einem Vorort von Triest. Dort starteten Severino Mingardi, seine Ehefrau und ein alter, 30 kg schwerer, Kaffeeröster ein Projekt, auf das sie heute stolz sind, das Ländergrenzen überschreitet und ganz Europa umspannt.

Heute nehmen die Räumlichkeiten der Firma Amigos Caffè eine Fläche von 11.000 m2 ein und umfassen moderne Anlagen, die 1.600 kg Kaffee pro Stunde produzieren. Mit diesen Zahlen starten sie aus Triest und expandieren in die Märkte Ost- und Mitteleuropas, wobei sie die Möglichkeit einer kundenspezifischen Produktion anbieten. Was sich nie geändert hat, ist die Liebe zum Kaffee; eine Liebe, die Arianna Mingardi, die jetzt das Unternehmen führt, weiterhin pflegt und an andere weitergibt. 

Amigos coffee originates from Trieste, from a craft roaster that has been bringing the distinctive taste of Italian coffee to homes, restaurants and cafes around the world since 1980.

The first headquarters of Amigos Caffè was a small warehouse of 40 m2 in the suburbs of Trieste. That is where Severino Mingardi, his wife and an old 30 kg roaster started a border-crossing project that makes them proud today and spans the whole of Europe.

Today, Amigos Caffè’s facilities occupy an area of 11,000 m2, with modern facilities that produce 1,600 kg of coffee an hour. With these figures, they started from Trieste and have expanded to the markets of Eastern and Central Europe, offering the possibility of custom production. What has never changed is the love for coffee; a love that Arianna Mingardi, who is now at the head of the company, continues to cherish and pass on to others.

Amigos kava potječe iz Trsta, iz zanatske pržionice koja od 1980.godine donosi prepoznatljivu aromu talijanske kave u domove i ugostiteljske objekte diljem svijeta.

Prvo sjedište tvrtke Amigos Caffè je bilo malo skladište od 40 m2 u predgrađu Trsta. Tu su Severino Mingardi, njegova supruga i stara pržilica od 30 kg započeli sa projektom koji ih danas čini ponosnima i koji prelazi granice države i obuhvaća čitavu Europu.

Danas pogoni tvrtke Amigos Caffè zauzimaju površinu od 11.000 m2 i sadrže suvremena postrojenja koji proizvode 1.600 kg kave na sat. Ovim brojkama kreću iz Trsta i šire se na tržišta Istočne i Srednje Europe, nudeći i mogućnost proizvodnje po narudžbi. Ono što se nikada nije promijenilo je ljubav prema kavi; ljubav koju Arianna Mingardi, koja je sada na čelu tvrtke, nastavlja čuvati i prenositi na druge.
